previz2shot turns a Blender grey playblast into a finished shot with LTX-2.5
previz2shot is a free, open-source pipeline that takes a grey playblast rendered from Blender, paints a styled first frame with FLUX.2 Klein and renders the shot with the LTX-2.5 Layout-to-Render IC-LoRA. The result goes straight back into Blender's video editor, and it runs on Comfy Cloud or your own ComfyUI.
What it does
A Blender add-on (Blender 4.2 or newer) renders the grey playblast. The first frame of it plus your prompt becomes a styled 1920×1088 keyframe with FLUX.2 Klein 4B in 4 steps. The layout video and that keyframe then go through a two-stage LTX-2.5 Layout-to-Render workflow (960×544 at 8 steps, then 1920×1088 at 3 steps, CFG 1), and the render is imported into the Blender VSE. Both ComfyUI workflows are included as API-format JSON and use only core nodes.
Worth knowing
The command-line tool uses Comfy Cloud by default (an API key and paid balance); --backend local points it at your own ComfyUI instead. The README notes that the LTX clips in the demo are earlier runs, not renders of the newest playblasts. The code is MIT, while the LTX-2.x and FLUX.2 Klein weights have their own licences. It is an entry in Comfy's Open Source Higgsfield challenge by Maksim Olekhno.
