ComfyUI v0.36.0 adds Video Concatenate and native FastH3

ComfyUIFree, open source

ComfyUI v0.36.0 adds a Video Concatenate node that joins up to 100 clips in a graph, and brings the 8-step FastH3 version of MiniMax H3 into the core build. It also adds Marigold V2 depth, normal and albedo workflows and YuE2 music generation.

What it does

The new Concatenate Video node joins clips end to end in input order, up to 100 segments. If clips already share a compatible codec, they're joined without re-encoding, and an optional complete_audio input replaces the audio when clips come from separate generations.

The release also makes FastVideo FastH3, an 8-step distilled MiniMax H3 for text- and image-to-video with audio, native in core, and adds generic loop nodes.

Results and limits

The source is release coverage and reports no measured results.

Worth knowing

Update through the Manager or your launcher; the new workflows and node need v0.36.0 or newer, and ComfyUI's docs say FastH3 templates need 0.36.0. FastH3 uses the H3 weights, so the same H3 license form applies: platform.minimax.io/h3-license.

Try it yourself

Generate [3 short H3 clips] for one scene, wire them into Concatenate Video as video1, video2, video3, and connect [one continuous music or dialogue track] to complete_audio.
