Use case: a Squid Game-style scene from self-hosted FastH3-Omni at about 14 cents a clip
Creator Mickey Friedman ran FastH3-Omni on one rented B200 GPU and had Opus 5.5 storyboard, review and stitch the clips into a Squid Game-style scene. He worked out about $0.14 per 15-second 768p clip, against about $11.31 for a 15-second 1080p clip on the Seedance API.
What it does
Opus 5.5 wrote the storyboard, sent the shots to FastH3-Omni, reviewed the takes and stitched the chosen clips together.
Results and limits
One 15-second clip took about 75 seconds on a B200 rented at about $6.75 an hour, so roughly 48 clips an hour. Reactor's hosted FastH3 API works out to about $0.18 per clip ($0.0125 per second). He says single clips are not yet at Seedance quality; the low cost lets you generate many takes and pick.
