Beeble SwitchX 2.0 video-to-video update

SwitchX 2.0 lets filmmakers and VFX artists swap elements in real footage, now with native 4K, 20-second shots and 10-bit color. It also improves camera tracking and lip sync and adds an up-res finishing workflow.

What it does

SwitchX is Beeble's video-to-video model for changing lighting, backgrounds, props and other elements in real footage while keeping the original actor and performance. Version 2.0 adds native 4K (up from 1080p), shots up to 20 seconds at 24 fps, and 10-bit color.

A new Up-res workflow lets you iterate cheaply at 720p, then render the final from the source footage at up to 4K.

Results and limits

Beeble says camera tracking, fast motion and lip sync are improved, but the coverage includes no independent tests.

Worth knowing

It's available on the Beeble platform. The launch discount (50% off) ended September 23, 2026.

Try it yourself

Upload [your shot, under 20 s] and describe the change: "Keep the actor; change the background to [new location] at [time of day] with [lighting]." Iterate at 720p, then use Up-res for the 4K final.
